About this policy

This policy describes how Total Bodyshop Solutions (TBS) handles information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@tbsgroupusa.com. It does not describe the independent practices of websites you reach through external links.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects your first name, email, project location, project type and message. You can also provide your last name, company, phone number, industry and project stage. Depending on your inquiry, you can also provide equipment details, symptoms, intended application, available space and preferred timing. A selected booth model, inquiry reference, submission time and processing status may be stored with your inquiry. Required fields are marked. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information.

The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the fields stored by the inquiry form.

How information is used

Inquiry details are used to review your requirements, respond to you, prepare proposals and manage project discussions. Information may also be used to maintain security, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list or provide consent to automated marketing calls or texts. Providing a phone number is optional.

Storage and disclosure

New form submissions are sent to Wix and stored in TBS’s Wix Forms account. Contact details may also create or update a contact in TBS’s Wix CRM. Earlier inquiries may remain in the website hosting database. Wix, hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the website and handle inquiries. TBS personnel handling your inquiry may access it, and email service providers process correspondence when you contact us or we reply. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of the service.

This website does not include a mechanism to sell inquiry information or share it with advertising networks. If a project needs information to be passed to another business, the proposed involvement and necessary information should be discussed with you as part of the project arrangements.

Cookies and tracking signals

The website application does not add advertising pixels, marketing analytics or cross-site advertising tracking. Hosting and access services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and operation. The inquiry form uses Wix visitor authentication and browser local storage to maintain its visitor session. Wix also processes technical information needed to receive submissions and prevent spam. The application does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not implement cross-site advertising tracking or advertising-data sharing. Your browser settings may restrict cookies, which can affect access-related features.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the time reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting project, taking account of recordkeeping requirements and legal disputes. The inquiry form does not automatically delete records after a fixed period. You can request deletion using the contact below. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project.

Your requests

Email hello@tbsgroupusa.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Include your inquiry reference if you have one. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Please do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

Rights and exceptions depend on your location and the laws applicable to TBS. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, including an appeal, those rights are not limited by this policy. Tell us your location so your request can be assessed under the relevant requirements.

Children

This is a business website intended for adults, not a service directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact hello@tbsgroupusa.com so the submission can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Changes

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided before a material change to how previously collected information is used.
