Specifications and proposals

Product descriptions are an introduction to the range. Final specifications, pricing, availability, performance requirements and suitability must be confirmed for the intended application in a written proposal. Website information is not a binding quotation, engineering certification, permit approval or promise that equipment is suitable for every facility.

Licensing and project responsibilities

Service availability depends on the project location, scope and applicable licensing requirements. Work requiring a contractor or professional license must be undertaken only by an appropriately authorized business or professional. The responsible contracting parties, required licenses, permits, inspections and allocation of responsibilities must be established before regulated work is agreed or begins. A website description does not replace these requirements.

Facility layouts and equipment discussions do not replace any required professional engineering, fire-safety, environmental or building approvals. Applicable requirements must be assessed for the specific site and proposed work.

Inquiries and agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or create an installation, maintenance or other project contract. Scope, payment, delivery, warranties and other commercial terms are agreed separately. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The inquiry form is not an emergency reporting service. Do not rely on a website response where equipment presents an immediate safety risk.

Facility imagery illustrates capabilities unless it is expressly identified as a documented TBS project. References to previous employers or brands describe professional experience and do not imply current endorsement or partnership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Provide accurate inquiry details and do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access or disruption. Please contact TBS before reusing site images or other content beyond what applicable law allows.

Website information and these terms may be updated. Changes to this page do not amend an existing signed project agreement. External websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices.
